    On Sep.26, 2013，The ceremony of Friendship Award of Liaoning Provinceand  Honorary Award of Liaoning Province was held at Liaoning people ’s hall.Liaoning governor Chen Zhenggao, Provincial Standing Committee and executive vice governor Zhou Zhongxuan, awarded to winners medals and certificates.
